Unfortunately, the Green Paper reads as little more than a business as usual policy document supporting large corporate agriculture and business. Our friends at the Australian Food Sovereignty Alliance wrote a detailed summary of their concerns with the Green Paper which can be viewed: here
Submissions on the National Food Plan Green Paper are due by 30 September 2012. We will provide another update on this issue in next months newsletter, letting you know what Greenpeace is doing and how you can get involved.
