Cross-pollinate is a one day conference bringing together farmers, foodies, academics & innovators to share information, experiences, ideas and best practice research on sustainable agriculture in Tasmania.
The day will include a series of short talks, practical workshops, panel discussions and keynote speakers, with plenty of free time for useful conversations. With over 20 speakers, there’ll be something relevant for everyone.
Confirmed speakers include Tony Scherer from Frogmore Creek Winery, Judith Redmond from famous Full-Belly Farms, David Wells from the Tasmania Institute of Agriculture, Organics advocate Alexandra Mitchell, Dr Janelle Allison from UTAS and soil expert Letecia Ware. Tickets are $150 per person for a jam-packed day of learning and sharing, including an amazing locavore dinner prepared by Luke Burgess from Garagiste.
